I have always been a huge music fan and album art admirer. I have been designing album art since 2010 for local bands and love the process of visualizing a bands sound.

  • For Flor De Toloache's Latin Grammy Award-winning album, I focused on the beauty and uniqueness of each member so it was only right they had their own flower crowns to show they all bring their own beauty to the music.

  • I got to use some of the great Bill Ellis art assets to create this album art that featured John Legend.

  • Flor de Toloache asked for sexy fun dance party. So the art direction went to a close up of what happens at a sexy fun dance party with mezcal involved.

  • It was such a great experience to be able to work with Flor de Toloache and Southern Poverty Law Center to put out an informational song for immigrants to know their rights in this country.

  • Gun violence and gun laws are a big problem in this country that the song Pistola from La Misa Negra featuring Flor de Toloache speak about. Instead of showing a gun I focused on the countless lives on the end of that gun/pistola and the shockwaves is send throughout peoples lives.

  • Veni Pa' Ca - Guiro

The Oakland cumbia band, La Misa Negra loves to party so for this visual I decided to go with a simple nostalgic look of the party starter: el Güiro. I want people to hear this visual and start to move.

  • The band Making Movies came to me for album art and I sold them on a whole world that’s in apocalyptic times where theres only some remnants from the past found from purposely unrecorded protest. Their music in this time is a hidden radio station that plays protest songs over the air waves as a beacon for all emigrants.

  • Keeping on the same theme this image represents a piece of land. Where this piece of land is will determine wether you are illegal or not as the fallen flag tells us the story of this forgotten protest.

  • Delilah in this song is the U.S.A. and how she’s not so shiny and beautiful as she used to be. A broken white foundation holding up an old gold plated frame. And the old statue of liberty green keeping Delilah together after all these years.

  • In these end of days times, we find art from an immigrants personal belonging as seen here itemized and kept on record at a museum to piece together a peoples movement.

  • The song makes the most harsh and heavy feeling of a crash float.
